Classes
Our PT Michelle runs two classes a week, which are open to members. They are mainly focused on body conditioning and vary in intensity levels. For more information on the classes please contact Michelle directly.

Wednesday | Body Conditioning (higher intensity) | 6.30-7.15PM | Weekly |
Thursday | Body Conditioning (lower intensity) | 9.30-10.15am | Weekly |
Please note during class times the gym will be busier.
